We provide structured internship placements for recent graduates and final-year students in engineering, project management, finance and administration. Interns gain hands-on experience working on real EPCIC projects under the mentorship of our senior engineers and managers.
Technical Skills Development
Our technical training programme provides vocational and hands-on skills training for young men and women from oil & gas communities in welding, pipefitting, electrical installation and industrial safety — equipping them to participate meaningfully in Nigeria's energy sector.
Education Support
Awimax Foundation provides educational grants and scholarships to academically deserving students from low-income backgrounds, with a focus on students studying engineering, sciences and technical disciplines at Nigerian universities and polytechnics.
Community Development
We invest in the physical and social infrastructure of communities neighbouring our project sites — including renovation of schools and clinics, provision of clean water access, and support for local small businesses and cooperatives.
Women in Energy
We are committed to increasing female participation in Nigeria's energy sector. Our Women in Energy initiative provides mentoring, networking and access to career pathways for women pursuing technical and professional roles in oil & gas.
Environmental Awareness
Through workshops, clean-up campaigns and community education events, we promote environmental stewardship in the regions where we operate, raising awareness of responsible oil & gas practices and sustainable living.
