Awimax Energy Limited is a fully integrated Energy company with extensive experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC) in the Oil & Gas industry. We are a Nigerian company registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR).

The company was founded with a clear vision: to become the foremost indigenous EPCIC service provider in Nigeria, delivering world-class solutions that meet international standards while empowering local communities.

Over the years, Awimax Energy Limited has grown from a small engineering firm into a major player in Nigeria's oil & gas sector, completing hundreds of projects across the country and internationally, including Somalia and other West African nations.

Key Milestones

Foundation

Company Incorporated

Awimax Energy Limited was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) as a fully Nigerian-owned company, with a mandate to provide world-class EPCIC services in the oil & gas sector.

DPR Licensing

Licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources

Obtained DPR licence, authorising Awimax to operate as a contractor and supplier within Nigeria's upstream and downstream petroleum industry.

Growth Phase

Expansion of Service Portfolio

Extended our service offering to include fire-fighting systems, electrical & instrumentation, bitumen metering systems and comprehensive project consultancy alongside LPG plant construction.

Regional Reach

International Projects — Somalia & West Africa

Successfully completed international projects, including the 120MT LPG Storage Plant in Somalia, demonstrating our capacity to deliver on the regional and international stage.
